Aftercare is offered Monday thru Friday in Scheidt Hall.

Mrs. Wynn is in charge of Aftercare and has an Upper Grades' Schechter student as an assistant and to help with Judaic studies homework.

Students may attend full time or on a daily or occasional basis as needed. Upon arrival, students are given free or organized play time in the gym or outdoors if weather permits. Snacks are offered and include healthy, kosher choices. Children enjoy talking and visiting at the snack table during this time. At 4:00 all students must begin their homework. Mrs. Wynn and the student assistant supervise and assist students during this time. Pencils, crayons, glue, and a limited selection of books for homework assignments are available in Aftercare. Quiet activities (board games, puzzles, reading) are allowed after a student has completed and packed up his/her homework. After everyone has completed his/her homework, free and organized play activities resume. At this time some students change into their soccer or ballet clothes before pick up time.

Parents must come through the main building and into the gym to sign out their child/children prior to 5:30.
